How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to privacy@agritechexpo.dz with the following information:
- Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
- Your registered email address
- Your full name as registered on the platform
- A brief statement confirming you wish to delete your account and data
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account information (name, email, password)
- Profile data (NIN, phone number, avatar)
- All project submissions and associated files
- QR codes and event check-in records
- Notification history
- All other personally identifiable information
Data We May Retain
In accordance with legal obligations, we may retain certain data:
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
- Records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance
- Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Processing Timeline
We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 calendar days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted.
Alternative: In-App Deletion
You can also delete your account directly from the AgriTech Expo mobile app by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
